Carlton Xicotencatl,  the owner of CMX Attorney Service, began his career working for Dale Shore owner of  Personal Attorney Service in 1982. (Los Angeles CA)  In 1999 Carlton left Southern California  to start CMX Attorney Service in Sacramento, California.

We are a local business: We are determined to answer the phone by the third ring, to return all calls by the end of business day. and to fulfill all  request within 8 hours of receipt of documents.  It is our vision we will  do every assignment by the book and look for ways to continually improve our service.
